Ingredients
- 6 kale leaves
- 3 carrots, cleaned and peeled
- 2 red apples, chopped
- 1 beetroot, cleaned and peeled
- 1 lemon, peeled
- A 2.5 cm slice of ginger

Preparation
- Pour one or two cups of water into a blender.
- Add all the prepared ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture using a sieve to extract the juice.
- Stir the juice thoroughly with a spoon.
- For a refreshing touch, add a few ice cubes to your juice.
- Store any leftover juice in a glass jar and refrigerate to maintain freshness.
Important Precautions:
- If you suffer from ulcers, heartburn, or have a citrus allergy, it is best to avoid consuming lemon.
- Lemon is also contraindicated if you are on antacids or medications for blood pressure or heart conditions.
