Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp dried oregano
 - 1 tsp dried parsley
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on.
