Cream Cheese Brownies

Ingredients:

1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on the box)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and pour into the pan.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving. Enjoy!
