Strawberry Banana Pudding Dessert

Ingredients:

1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)

1 box Nilla wafers

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup strawberry pie filling or fresh chopped strawberries


Instructions:

  1. Make the pudding:
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add the whipped topping:
    Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding until smooth and well combined.
  3. Layer the dessert:
    In a serving dish, layer Nilla wafers on the bottom, followed by banana slices, a layer of pudding mixture, and a spoonful of strawberry pie filling or chopped strawberries.
  4. Repeat:
    Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding and a few Nilla wafers on top for garnish.
  5. Chill:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend and the dessert to set.

Tip:
Best enjoyed the same day to keep bananas fresh, but can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
