- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare Bread:
Slice the bread horizontally into halves or into individual pieces. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. - Make Garlic Spread:
In a small bowl, mix olive oil (or melted butter), minced garlic, and Italian seasoning (if using). Brush generously over the bread. - Layer Toppings:
Arrange tomato slices on the bread. Season with salt and pepper. - Add Cheese:
